How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?

How soft are the products?

Merino wool is our softest option and is the best choice if you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to wool. Our products are made using premium New Zealand pure wool, chosen for its quality, softness, and durability.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, you can exchange your product for another item in our store within 14 days of purchase.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund your money, guaranteed. You’re also welcome to exchange your product for any other item in our store.

How do I care for my product?

THROWS:

Do not wash your throw in the washing machine. The heat can cause shrinkage, and the spinning can cause loss of shape.
This product is not suitable for bleaching.
When ironing this product, use a cool setting with a max temperature of 110 degrees Celcius.
Cleaning this product will require professional dry cleaning.

BEDDING BLANKETS:

Wool is a 100% natural fibre and with the right care our blankets and throws can last for generations. We recommend dry cleaning.

What are the sizes for the products?

Merino and Pure Wool throw sizes:

185cm x 140cm approximately for tasselled Merino and Pure Wool throws & 115cm x 180cm for blanket stitch throws.

New Zealand Wool Bedding Blankets sizes:

Throw (115x180cm), Single (180x230cm), Queen (230x255cm), and King (255x280cm).

Beautiful, Lightweight Wool Blanket

I came across this blanket while looking for a non-mulesing wool blanket, which is quite difficult to find in Japan. I’m very glad I did. It has a comfortable thickness without feeling heavy, and it seems perfect not only for winter but for use throughout the year.

What I love most is the beautiful stitching along the edges—it’s such a charming detail. I originally intended to use it directly on the skin as a blanket, but it also works wonderfully as a bed cover and adds a lovely touch to the room.

I ordered four blankets, but due to a mistake only three arrived at first. Since it was an international order, I was a bit worried at first, but the team responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. I really appreciated their prompt and kind support. I would happily order from them again.

On September 29 around 2 p.m., my husband, daughter, and I visited the shop and purchased two blankets and a scarf. We were welcomed by a very gentle lady who was warm and patient as she introduced the products in the store and explained the difference between regular wool and merino wool. All of the items in the shop are made of wool, and you can even see their factory right next door.

The merino wool blankets felt incredibly soft, with excellent quality, and the prices were very reasonable. If anyone is coming to New Zealand and looking to buy wool blankets or scarves, I would definitely recommend this shop!

Finally, I would like to thank the lady who helped us today. She warmly cared about our journey, and on the last day of our New Zealand trip, we felt so lucky to find such wonderful products—it truly made us very happy. Even though my English is poor, she still patiently listened to me, haha 😆. Next time I come to New Zealand, I will definitely visit again. I also look forward to seeing more products available (such as vests, jackets, or coats), and I hope I can meet the same lady again and be able to chat with her fluently in English 🥹.
