Shipping policy

Please view all our shipping rates for New Zealand, Australia and the United States here. We aim to get all orders with delivery to New Zealand to the recipients door within 1-4 working days.

We are happy to return any item if it is in the condition it was received in within the timeframe of 14 days. Return shipping is at the customers expense, unless it is a fault of our own. 

Here is how to process a return:

Step 2: Let us know your order number, name, and what you are exchanging the product for. We can’t be liable for returns being lost. Returns are at your own cost. Check out your local courier or post shop; they will have all the information and be happy to help.
