How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?

How soft are the products?
Merino wool is our softest option and is the best choice if you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to wool. Our products are made using premium New Zealand pure wool, chosen for its quality, softness, and durability.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange your product for another item in our store within 14 days of purchase.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund your money, guaranteed. You’re also welcome to exchange your product for any other item in our store.
How do I care for my product?

THROWS:
- Do not wash your throw in the washing machine. The heat can cause shrinkage, and the spinning can cause loss of shape.
- This product is not suitable for bleaching.
- When ironing this product, use a cool setting with a max temperature of 110 degrees Celcius.
- Cleaning this product will require professional dry cleaning.
BEDDING BLANKETS:
Wool is a 100% natural fibre and with the right care our blankets and throws can last for generations. We recommend dry cleaning.

What are the sizes for the products?
Merino and Pure Wool throw sizes:
185cm x 140cm approximately for tasselled Merino and Pure Wool throws & 115cm x 180cm for blanket stitch throws.
New Zealand Wool Bedding Blankets sizes:
Throw (115x180cm), Single (180x230cm), Queen (230x255cm), and King (255x280cm).
